hey, reason why someones 3g might going slow because servers cant handle data new phones. ever since got iphone 3g, ive noticed 3g speeds quite slow (~150kbps). in area, have 3g coverage kinda suprised. called at&t , told me because high volume of new 3g users(iphone users) meant servers having trouble , slowing down. decided try phone late @ night (~11pm or midnight) when there less usage , started getting around 500kbps. suggest trying 3g speed tests when usage low late @ night. when load iphoto, web galleries have disappeared. galleries still online , viewable through web, however, don't have access them in iphoto not able add/remove/organize pictures. how can bring them iphoto without having reload them, , delete actual photos idisk? happened when .mac well...   photo galleries lost lost galleries well... , lost photos on imac @ same time. i have june 2007 mbp, base model running leopard; @ logon screen, default space background appears have large magenta blotch in nebula portion (looks it's running lower color resolution here), when log in default account, looks fine. in guest account, however, persists. ideas? don't have applecare (out of warranty), have year through mastercard. normal behavior? i've noticed there many reviews posted apps it's obvious poster never purchased, downloaded, or used app supposed reviewing. creates noise , pisses me off. lot of reviews , ratings suspect , idiotic when coming non-users. in addition, it's open abuse developers , fanboys of particular app more interested in promoting other application reviewing application in posted supposed "review". when system allows make reviewer names on fly can seem several people posting similiar bogus comments. apple needs limit feedback have paid , downloaded application. , need force register under specific nickname when posting review poster's nickname can displayed , not made on fly.   this has been mentioned here numerous times. agree though. when buy app should email (maybe receipt?) gives link review app.   Forums ...
