My call to O2 stores in Birmingham...


i've called 4 o2 stores around birmingham. 2 in bullring shopping centre, 1 in fort, 1 on new street.

they're short on detail.

none of them confirm me opening time - 1 said though usual shopping centre opening time of 9.30 am, admitted didn't know. thought 7.02, after speaking manager came , said didn't have confirmed time yet.

none of them able confirm if credit checks in advance. did if signing new customer o2, you'll need bring bank card (debit card), , sort code , account number of bank account making monthly payments (you must pay direct debit, noted in small print here). advised bringing id not necessary - personally, if i'm going have spend time waiting in queue i'll bringing every form of id ever need!

no information offered how stock able offer, 1 did mention them hoping able offer quite bit of each model - tell me.

so, keep waiting - i'll try again on monday!

need help with itunes 7.7
