A reason why 3g is slow


hey,

reason why someones 3g might going slow because servers cant handle data new phones.

ever since got iphone 3g, ive noticed 3g speeds quite slow (~150kbps). in area, have 3g coverage kinda suprised. called at&t , told me because high volume of new 3g users(iphone users) meant servers having trouble , slowing down. decided try phone late @ night (~11pm or midnight) when there less usage , started getting around 500kbps.

suggest trying 3g speed tests when usage low late @ night. (iphonespeedtest.com decent checking speeds)

so, part or of problem seems at&t , not apple. at&t needs getting cracking on upgrading , expanding these servers.
 

whatever excuse is, it's unacceptable. :rolleyes:
