Syncing Things Wrong


i trying trial edition before purchase one-year subscription, , have noticed few annoying things.

first 1 being dates. whenever add birthdate or anniversary iphone, syncs mobileme account, actual date day ahead of day in phone. day not change on phone , have manually change online.

other problem me contact groups. added few , places names in there, names disappear group online. when @ iphone, see group titles, when go group, there no names in them. (but there names in groups online.) can add name, brings me add new contact , not add contacts entered. after while, got mad , deleted groups online. @ iphone, , groups still there (well except 1 group did not sync in first place).

macbook not let me access option sync , there no birthdays on calendar online.

called apple , had me talk mobileme specialist , put in kind of form stating bugs on it.
 

1) same problem all-day events such birthdays , anniversaries, of them show previous day (some of them don't). example, have 1 birthday on july 13th, on mobileme calendar shows on july 12th. checked contact in , indeed july 13th. checked timezone settings, turned them off/on (pretty sure it's not timezone thing though said, events appear correctly while don't). cannot birthday show on correct date no matter what. there other cases have birthday on july 8th, , shows on mome calendar correctly july 8th... conclusion, mome calendar bugged out.

2) problem contact group staying on iphone after deleting them, use temporary fix i've found. make sure contacts on mome present & correct, go iphone settings > mail,cal,contacts > select mome account > , slide contacts tab off turn contact syncing off. erase contacts iphone. turn on, contacts pushed down mome server phone. contacts should work correctly until next bug comes around :)

3) please keep date progress make apple support & mobileme specialists.

need help with itunes 7.7
