3g working great, YouTube not so much


i'm getting 600kbps on speed tests (nyc). pages loading in flash...but youtube still buffering low res video stream. of videos finish buffering in seconds..so can handle lot more bandwidth.

there way force wifi quality stream in youtube?
 

i wouldnt mind knowing
