Rule / Script to change "From" address in received e-mail

hello all,

in need of creative solution. and, reference, using apple's mail in current version of leopard (10.5.4).

have been unable locate rule or applescript serve purpose. perhaps 1 of out there has stumbled onto 1 i've missed (or knows of simple solution).

have person correspond daily. send e-mail personal address. but, replies computer go shared address (shared account split between 2 individuals).

messages send personal account seen 1 person.

messages sent shared account seen both.

messages sent computer go shared account / e-mail address.

so, when receive , reply message person, must delete shared e-mail address "to" box when replying , enter personal address instead.

not huge hassle. but, prefer automated.

such when messages received (or when reply message) address, address automatically changed me.

like: if received message sender yyyyyyyy@yyyy.com change sender zzzzzzz@zzzz.com

or,

like: if sending message yyyyyyyy@yyyy.com change destination address zzzzzzz@zzzz.com

basically, don't accidentally forget manually change address , send should not read other party.

let me know ideas.

unfortunately, individual making change on end isn't option (corporate computer).

rule, or applescript tied rule, or whatever else... let me know if have suggestions might work.

said, know it's simple thing manually. but, reply many messages every day forget 1 time. and, time put in there other person shouldn't read.
