O2 first bill


just saw first bill o2 , it's £36.16, rather £35, expected monthly charge. (i think has been mentioned before search function doesn't work on iphone) anyway, when queried it, said 1 month , 1 day, standard practise first bill on new contracts. fine says i, 3 days couldn't use phone because of system failures @ outset? ok, says they, , credit me £3.48. not huge sum better nothing.

so, if on o2, make sure ask refund. (knowing luck, you'll better me)

need help with itunes 7.7
