mailing picture with apple mail


hi guys.

i'm having little problem apple mail, not problem actually... new mac, thats why lack of knowledge, think... well, problem when compose new mail , drag , drop picture, send attachment... , if use mail stationaries , drag , drop picture frame whole mail sent in way other can view whole mail, not sent attachment.... html because?

simple question, how can sent picture not sent attachments??? displayed on receiving picture in browser... :apple:
 

i'm not sure if understand problem.

if send picture attachment, use web browser mail, click on picture attachment open picture in browser. thinking logically no?

need help with itunes 7.7
