iTunes movie rental viewing period - any change in the US?


hi: may typically off-topic in forum, posted here elicit feedback have 2.0 (e.g. iphone users). believe itunes rental viewing period extended 48 hours in other countries. has seen changed us? 24 hours short. 48 hours more reasonable.

anyway, appreciate feedback might have.

i doubt change because mean quite bit of administration , compliance per state if exceed 24 hour use. taxation laws state deem taxable transaction further burdening compliance apple. think want stay away it. @ least rule us. obviously, not apply other countries.

can tell i'm tax guy. haha.

either way, cost apple lot more money exceed 24 hour limit. don't think can digitally transmitted content. either or changes definition taxability purposes.
