Is it possible to boot windows from an external drive?


my apologies if stupid question. till i've had no reason install windows, i'd boot windows once in blue moon if off external drive without "corrupting" mbp's hard drive traces of windows ideal.
 

no, not without quite bit of hacking. windows boot internal hard drive controlled machine bios or in case of scsi, controller bios.

if have occasion boot windows, why not consider running vm in either parallels or fusion instead? no partitioning required , easy setup.

need help with itunes 7.7
