How do I change my URL name and description to my website

created website using i-web , have hosted using bluehost.com. site works fine , looks great. problem when google it, show up, url name "home," , description below excerpts home page. want url name of site, , want description more specific can attract more clicks onto site.

catch is, not want change home name site directory, url.

help?
