Apple refuses to exchange my iPhone, HELP!!!


damn apple, makes excellent (broken) product , taunts me it.

wish there do.
opened iphone on day came out, noticed keypad didn't work , on further exam found entire left strip of touch screen not responding.

spent hours @ apple repair center , reinstalled entire operating system... told me nothing wrong , gave back. aside few coding glitches (like "settings" being coded wrongly) running normally.

took home , within few hours, problem reappeared.
can't type, can't play games, can't slide unlock bar properly.

anyway fixed? refused replace it... wasted time , money on piece of non sense...:mad:
 

call customer service , tell them told us.
