Vista 64bit - boot camp


can vista 64 bit use 8 cores of mac pro when running under boot camp?

, can set how many cores vista uses if running under vm ware?


looking @ getting 1 end of year need performance on windows still.

 

based on thread http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=430179, vista can see both processors , 8-cores. however, i'm not sure on if it's limited vista business/ultimate editions only.

edit: clarify, looks you'll need 64-bit version of vista business or ultimate access cores. fortunately, think apple released 64-bit drivers boot camp should have relatively easy path set up. intend same in 6-8 months time.

need help with itunes 7.7
