Making a complete jump from Windows To Mac


hello everyone. i've used windows computer life. i've built few of them personal use. consider self casual gamer, , love listening , making music. use 2 machines (win xp, nvidia 8800gts, 2gigs) , laptop use @ when i'm @ school. (i commute)

want take plunge mac since no longer happy using windows. using xp on 6 years , being disappointed vista (a 300 dollar disappointment) i've lost faith in windows. , see thing holding me switching change.

want replace desktop imac. new ipod, time capsule, apple tv. imac biggest purchase i've made , i've never bought computer shipped built. i'm tired of wires , complications when problem occurs. want nice , simple can use little time have right.

i'm asking in thread advice or literature first time mac user, heavy/power user of pc. i'm going go best buy tomorrow , mess 24'' display imacs, , make appointment apple store following. plan on financing purchase (new job, live @ home still, student). i've been lurking forums while , hope dive mac community soon!

after on thirty years apple, best advice can give dive in both feet. chances are, you're younger & smarter am, , if can accomodate several os's (win/mac/unix/linux/novell), i'm positive can!

need help with itunes 7.7
