Have an xbox 360, Apple TV worth it?


so have xbox 360, , 720p tv , surround receiver.
bought apple tv spontaneously, assuming if didn't want i'd return it.

connect 360 20 bucks.. or pay (keep) apple tv 250 w/ tax.

hate browsing through movies/tvshows/music on xbox, ui sucks in opinion, apple tv's ui beautiful , navigates well
there's no visualizer though! , i'll using music streaming parties it's cool use visualizer, 360 does.
have 2 macs , 1 pc streaming whichever device use.

of content not gotten through itunes, should work on 360.

5.1 surround sound must. i've read 360 can 5.1 in wmv container. i'll need convert stuff wmv 5.1 sound? dont having wmv files on mac, i'm leaning towards keeping apple tv b/c of it's glorious integration w/ itunes. want able watch of stuff through front row , on appletv or 360, i'd prefer leave movies in formats recognized itunes.


i'm crazy right? paying 200+ apple ''experience''?
can justify paying :apple:tv, when have 360?

edit: have ps3 in apartment.
 

i have both , appletv blows away xbox when comes multimedia. last thing want xbox's jet engine sound when watching movie, it's bad enough when playing games. xbox beats appletv when comes games though.

need help with itunes 7.7
