Family plan loophole?


hello, member not eligible upgrade person in family plan was. extended line switched iphone line.

question is, eligible upgrade in january 2009, can't purchase new iphone @ time 199/299 , sell it?

might missing something, seems that possible..
 

if else in family plan contract upgrade eligible , new iphone, means number upgraded isn't eligible 2 years now.

need help with itunes 7.7
