Can't create ringtones...


hey everyone,

managed snag 16gb iphone, got home, activated, ect. , once updated music , that, tried create ringtone. however, every time try create ringtone following error (in included image):


know bit crazy right now, having issue, or me?

need help with itunes 7.7
