Where are the cheapest rates?


so far seems there have been complaints every country. @ least in together!! haha.

question has best rates in world? seems have heard least number of complaints gb. honestly, rates don't seem bad when compared others.

thing makes difficult fact at&t has unlimited data, whereas majority of other services have limited data. in america aren't used conserving out data usage because of our internet has unlimited use. don't know how data relates how internet time. might prefer limited data amount if mean $15 instead of $30...
