smart folders? folders with rules?


is possible set rules web mail app? because love having ones sites/people go folders. use mail.app same, things facebook go facebook folder... can replicate on mobileme? or need make mail.app put them in mobileme imap folders, , see them in inbox @ website?
 

you got it. if want server-side filtering works way should, there aren't lot of options out there don't cost dearly. many of available services (unlike, example, gmail) not apply apply filtering rules unless log in webmail account (assuming provide feature @ all.) "logging in" using e-mail client on pop or imap won't cause rules applied!

sigh. @ least apple moving in right direction. badly need server-side mail filtering. imap accounts can real pain otherwisse. that's 1 design point microsoft got right (amazingly enough) exchange server. if apple intends provide "exchange rest of us," has next target.
