Automatic Backup with every Sync


is there anyway stop itunes backing whole phone every time sync? i'm using gen 1 iphone, , have installed 2.0- i'm sure didin't happen previously, , makes syncing long process!

yeah it's doing me too. seems it's backing , it's taking 20-30 minutes.
