Multiple PC, MM & Outlook Calendar Synch

i seem having issue calendar synch. setup synch work outlook calendar, home pc outlook calendar , iphone. adding new macbook mix wife decides can have shiney b-day present (life lessons kids damaned).

here issue. started setup process home pc. activated synching annd had no problems getting info cloud , info hit iphone. left synching on automatic.

next morning got work , enabled synching on companies excahnge. here fun started. when selected synch came , told me "over 5% of enteries modified want continue?". shrugged , hit yes. opps. work calendar wiped , contained on home pc. expected entries merged.. did wrong? had hit exchange admin restore entries (good thing owed me few favors).

before had work entries restored poking around synching. when make change (add event) , warning not synched because device uplading server. home pc left on auto synch?

cant leave on wife can figure out , if time reach me?

stands now, hesitand use calendar sych between devices again. can never, never have chance calendar entries wiped again way important risk them.

did wrong? supposed synching 1 computer cloud , phone?

i know apple tell it's not working because outlook can synch 1 service @ time, blah blah blah, real big reason why never allowed because corporations not want email go outside of networks or approved wireless devices security reasons. should not wanting of home emails winding on work computer personnel able read.

know sounds cool have work , home emails , merged, won't allowed. there's many privacy , security issues there. mobileme personal computers, , exchange work stuff.

closest you're going having iphone work exchange there, being able add home email and/or mobileme additional service. desktop computers have stay separate in corporate worlds, aside maybe virtual desktop @ home or through web.
