Flash & iWeb / dot Mac


hello,
got website , running few weeks ago , i'm loving it!
however, of friends having hard time videos. can't read it, , machines freeze.
i've tried lower file sizes them, helped bit, seems quicktime doesn't work everyone.
also, bought archos 605 wifi reads flash through browser... doesn't read quicktime! i'd able view website/videos via browser.
i'm thinking trying convert movies flash have questions...

1. how? have quicktime pro, since i've upgraded it, have fcs2, , intel mac, no longer has option export movies flash.

2. quality suffer?

3. work iweb? i'm quite novice @ website stuff. love how can click , drag files site, publish it.

guys.
 

check out software called visualhub. not free not expensive either. there may others it.

need help with itunes 7.7
