warranty


so bought used 8g edge iphone, not unlocked when got unlocked first iliberty used winpwn jailbroken 2.0, i've had 3daya , gets really hot, can't put phone ears. question is, if restore iphone regular 2.0 apple notice , void warranty or send me refurbished.
note* warranty lasts till october
question, need original receipt cause seller kind of didn't give me one.
