Bose speakers not working


i have bose series 2 companion 2 speakers. of sudden, speakers stop working. headphone jack working because used test out. system preferences can detect in headphone jack no sound comes out speakers..is there wrong speakers?
 

try testing speakers using ipod or cd player or plugin headphones mac.

need help with itunes 7.7
