Macbook Replacement/14days/stocking fee?


so got new macbook week ago apple store, , noticed there crack on side of laptop , wiggle lid little when closed.

first question is: going able replacement macbook?

restocking fee apply replacements?


, since nearest macbook store 100 miles away...is there chance local bestbuy can replacement?
 

i'd give apple call before driving 100 miles. don't suffer restock fee replacement return.

need help with itunes 7.7
