iTunes didn't import everything

hi again,

i've got mac , connected external usb nfts formatted windows drive on have music. drive mounted on desktop.

copied music drive "user-music-itunes-itunes music" , imported in itunes using command "import...".

of 13000 songs, 7043 imported. around 1500 songs or wma , would, assume, not imported, why not rest of songs mp3? there no duplicates.

i've tried add songs using "add library" command while itunes went through files on drive (the little dialog box "adding files" shown), 300 songs added.

did make mistake first copy files "user-music-itunes-itunes music"? it's odd because folder still shows contains 13000 files.

million

strange. maybe once encountered .wma, stopped import.

i'd try again. go folder, select sort-by type. highlight .mp3 files , drag them itunes window -- simple that

should come saying there duplicates, in case doesn't, delete in itunes, , re-import

.wma files, you'll need way convert them. if don't mind paying programs, check out "audio hub" should convert audio , different formats easily.
