How to restore with Time Machine


i have 2 questions concerning restoring time machine

1. had sticky note widget opened writing on , daughter deleted it. how can restore written on sticky note 2 days ago?

2. lets kids screwed several things on mac today, there way can restore whole computer , make in whole point in past, 2 or 3 days ago?

reason ask since not sure did , extent, rather go , restore point in past when knew good. possible?
 

1) can it, have find stickies database. it's in stickies .plist in preferences.
2) did full restore couple of months ago because had screwed up. piece of cake.

need help with itunes 7.7
