Will HF2 and similar first-gen iphone headsets work on 3G?


i have etymotic hf2 headset first-gen iphone (and love - planning write review shortly.)

wondering - talk of "new jack" has me concerned. hf2 work in new 3g jack if upgrade new iphone?

wondering if out there knew - searching has not been fruitful.

 

i'd know please since want 3g
