Plugging iPod touch to another mac removes downloaded apps


i tried search either 1 plugs 1 ipod touch several macs or couldn't find correct wording... anyway...

have downloaded free , paid apps app store.

@ work, had recharge ipod touch work mac, , few seconds later, downloaded apps gone...

there workaround this? help...
 

yeh set ipod manually manage , should stop auto sync

need help with itunes 7.7
