Keyboard Shortcut for "Use all F1, F2, etc..."?


i'm trying find keyboard shortcut toggle check box in "keyboard preferences" titled "use f1, f2, etc. keys standard function keys".
or, better, way enable feature when specific apps focused. (i.e. flash, dreamweaver, photoshop... know apps use function keys for).

need help with itunes 7.7
