iPhone ringer volume symbol on iPod Touch???

has occurred randomly during videos on older firmware versions, seems effect apps playing videos on 2.0 most.
 

this has happened me @ times when open music. hella random.

, oh, have 8gb ipod touch 2.0. never happened until upgraded 2.0.

need help with itunes 7.7
