Does apple allow for downgrades?


i wondering if downgrade/upgrade macbook pro macbook or vise versa if bought @ apple store? still charge restocking fee? how work?

i'm curious because of faulty gpu issues macbook pros.

 

well if in 14 day period, can exchange it. still charged 10% restocking fee.

if there issue it, talk mac genius @ genius bar (be sure book appointment in advance), if he/she declares being faulty, restocking fee waived.

need help with itunes 7.7
