Any Outlook Exchange users able to accurately sync to MM?


let me explain know there , have read many posts on syncing , outlook, etc.

thos of on exhange @ work have option of creating exhange account on iphone, nice doesn't sync cloud.

outlook without exhange uses local pst data file, itunes , mm can "see" , parse email, calnder , conacts. however, when on exchange local file ost file maintains sync between pc , exchange server. contains same data pst would.

i'm wondering if may contributing breakdown of syncing outlook (on exchange) , mm? ask because can sync fine home, not work - , other posts outlook don't seem nail down whether they're on exchange or not.
