SitePlayer Controls Don't Load when viewing Tiesto website


i purchased mackbook pro , trying access tiesto website listen music. there siteplayer controls @ top-left of main page (after skipping intro on website), play through music. when load page, white box. no controls , no audio. @ first thought missing wmp extension, fixed part of problem. nothing showed up, siteplayer controls never there. adding flash plugin showed @ least should (what appears white box). adding wmp plugin did nothing. using safari , tried firefox. have ideas or suggestions?
