Photoshop cs3 prints 4 shades to dark


i printing cs3 epson4800 prints. have calibrated believe
have right printer settings prints coming out 4 shades darker than
screen ideas?
 

are soft proofing?
monitor set 2.2 gamma , calibrated?
printer calibrated?
using correct paper , ink profile?
need answer these questions first.
