Phone crashed after 2.0 working fine, lost data since sync?


i had 2.0 , running fine, running lots of apps, happy pig in mud. had purchased of applications during restore 2.0 install, way when went sync take care of everything, worked charm. of sudden phone crashed when hit home button , restarting showing apple logo, never left screen. no matter how many times tried restart or connect it, nothing happen, time got itunes recognize plugged in, said unrecognizable , option restore it. heart sank when realized hadn't backed until before first installed apps. question is, apps since bought on wifi using appstore weren't synced mac, since not in applications itunes list, lose , have pay again? do?

after restoring , resyncing normal except did on wifi, have repurchase? contact apple? anyone?
