New MBP can not minimize all screens?


i have new mbp , if running full screen program not have minimize button , want window not open - can access hot corners - have end program. older mbps have button on top row think f11 minimize every window - works program on friends computer not new mbp.
how minimize windows new mbp button on top row of older mbps?
 

read user manual. it's in different location.

need help with itunes 7.7
