ID required for existing O2 User to upgrade?


hi, know id o2 require upgrade existing account in store?
 

i have thought need proof of id (driving license or passport) know are. don't think need debit details, have direct debit set o2. presume. i'm existing customer too, , going turn wallet, has driving license , cards in. plenty hope.

need help with itunes 7.7
