Anyone here KNOW they was NOT upgrade upgrade eligible,able to get $199 priceing?


i able this. phone died (from 2000, it's old dirt) , contract expiring on august 8th. store manager had sign off on , att customer service manager had sign off on it. had faxed att corporate office signed off on ordered iphone @ $199 price.
