Newbie Question About Headsets


hi everyone. 1 of lucky ones score iphone 3g on launch day , i've never been happy cell phone before.

question is: there way pick-up call , continue while pair of regular headphones connected? headphones want use not have mic built-in. want hear other party through headphones , use iphone built in mic talk. didn't seem work me on several of attempts.

did not want swing pair of voda sets mic built-in since they're pricey. apple headphones came cheap sounding taste , fall off.

tried using bluetooth headset luck, still have take off 1 heaphones , replace bt headset everytime pick call.

suggestions appreciated.

as have found, if headphones not have mic, iphone won't send call audio through them (which logical assumption ...if can't talk, why want listen? ...but there's 1 in every crowd, :p ).

options set of headphones mic, or adapter - griffin smarttalk - has mic , allow use whatever headphones want.

need help with itunes 7.7
