somehow geniuses on @ fido cannot tell difference between samsung jack sgh-i616 , apple iphone.

how did make mistake, don't know. box different, name on box different. sku #s different. serial different. , kicker paper work recieved not match phone received.

fido willing fix it...nothing! on speaking call center gentleman said put on wait list next batch. when queried if receiving sooner person ordered theirs today opposed friday @ 9am est, said unfortunately in line behind ordered theirs upto 11 morning. wow thanks, order phone make mistake , treated no different hasn't been customer 5 years. great service! requested speak manager. did. carol name. did @ all? nope, maybe inability communicate in english, stated "you may or may not receive iphone in august, please use samsung same thing"

when asked how did fido fail me in not being able send right product door? first answer wasn't fido's fault!! who's fault then? ordered right product, have record of iphone being purchased, waybills iphone skus, fault? asked again how did fido fail me? second answer fido did not fail me...i asked again how happen receive wrong product? answer: "everyone wanted iphone in confusion wrong box have been grabbed"...hmm if wanted iphone wouldn't have realized box grabbed smaller, had different pooch on , said samsung, not mention skus wrong!!!

when asked fido fix problem, reply can't. not can't @ time. can't. stand! got little angry , gave task of figuring out 1) why have samsung in possession , not iphone. 2) can ensure not treated bought phone today , more bought iphone on friday @ opening.

doubt jump them on anything, have no clue customer is, know pay-cheque is. quite frankly, may call them , tell them keep whatever iphone in. buy when else selling it!
