Dissapointed about my brand new MacBook...


i received new black macbook last monday, , today have experienced major problem. speakers , audio-in , audio-out ports stopped working. find funny these 3 died @ once , less week of use. called apple , after going through 45 minutes of troubleshooting, decided allow me replace macbook free brand new one.

i'm disappointed though have problems brand new computer. i'm feeling skeptical getting new macbook well... feel bound go wrong now.
 

don't feel way. of last 15 macbooks friends , family have purchased, none of them have had problems.

need help with itunes 7.7
