Apple issues second apology for incorrect credit card authorization

i signed mobileme free trial on launch date, later discover there authorization of 100 euro's on account apple. apparently happened more people , apple has rightly fixed , apologized problem. decided extend free trial accounts 30 days total of 120 days of free mobileme service!

have though mobileme got off rocky start, appreciate apple has been doing make loss in service.

below email received mobileme:

apple has identified , resolved issue caused incorrect, temporary authorization hold of 100 eur placed on credit or debit card when mobileme trial account created. have addressed issue , want apologize inconvenience.
typically when create new trial account, credit or debit card verified authorizing small charge (equivalent usd $1). unfortunately, error caused incorrect amount preauthorized card. assured not charge, authorization hold. hold released card-issuing bank after predetermined period, between week , month. possible, apple working have these holds removed earlier.
show our appreciation continued loyalty, have extended free trial period 30 days. extension in addition 30-day extension of notified on july 16, total of 120 days of free mobileme service.
