Sold iPhone on Ebay - Buyer wants to return because they have Alltel - What to do?


i sold iphone on ebay.

buyer contacted me , said wants return because not work on network (alltel - cdma)


here dilemma:

carriers listed - alltel listed there (which operate gsm network).

says technology - has gsm

, in description said clearly:

"works gsm/sim card network
insert sim card , enjoy!"


question - right thing do? mistake or theirs? have refund money?:confused:
 

i it's mistake - return money , iphone , re-list on ebay
