Explain how people are selling these on ebay


aside people got them at&t today "accidentally" unregistered or otherwise - how people selling these on ebay without ***** plan or contract?

let's honest. love phone if $700 or $800 , go , wait in line again tomorrow 1 - why wouldn't if it's possible?

there several on ebay not claiming unlocked, being called "at&t activated" , i'm befuddled this.

thoughts?
 

i guess going ruin credit?

or going pay etf after 30 days along possible non-activation charge.

if got phone $299 , can sell $800, if have pay $300 more in charges still make $200.00
