Is there a way to back up my iphone 3g


i have iphone 3g , have music , applications (free , paid) on it.

today, computer hd died , had purchase drive , have pc , running. but, if sync new pc, want delete off iphone , need music , @ least paid games?

there software iphone 3g music , apps?
