Firewire Target Disk Killed My PowerBook!!


yikes, it's been bad night. setting snow imac , going boot off cd in powerbook's drive using firewire target disk. didn't hit option in time, imac reason started automatically boot off powerbook's leopard installation. needless say, failed. hung on grey screen. "okay, restart , hit option" thought. did that, chose powerbook's cd drive startup disk, , installed smoothly.

tried start powerbook , won't boot anymore!! hangs on grey screen. g3 must have written pb while trying boot leopard , corrupted installation. don't know now, other archiving , reinstalling.

has happened else before? had no idea g3 wreck leopard installation this... i'm rather surprised apple let such bad bug slip through. anyways, "archive , install" theoretically work? or should , start over?
 

never mind. booted leopard install disc, regular startup disk. worked again. weird.... made mental note in future careful booting wrong startup drives.

need help with itunes 7.7
