O2/CPW just swore at me down the phone!!


well extremely happy new iphone today.

having moved orange after 13 years, i'm not happy now.

i've had 'blocked' phone call o2 customer services trying sell me insurance iphone.

conversation went ;

hi checking ok new iphone.

me: yes, it's great thanks.

would take out protection it.

me: no thanks, it's covered on home insurance.

well you'll pay more in store.

me: that's fine, it's covered.

well it's not rocket science it

me: i'm sorry don't want insurance protection.

well **** off, i've got other people phone know

me: beg you're pardon, think it's appropriate speak customers this?

me: can ask name please?

yes can, , while you're @ can take face ****.

i've lodged complaint @ o2...
 

they must not pay employees enough ;)
