Help want external primary monitor under bootcamp


i have macbook pro nvidia 8600gt video card...i'm trying make external monitor primary monitor. can use them extending desktop external monitor, can't make external primary...and turn off laptop display. in nvidia control panel there drop down lets choose primary monitor, laptop display 1 can choose.

know how this?
 

right click , go property. go tab can set resolution , stuff. click on screen number 2. check make primary(main) monitor , extend desktop. can set when close lid of mbp doesnt go sleep mode.

need help with itunes 7.7
