Processes not running nice anymore


i know has been talked in numerous other places on web i've seen no final answer. figured programmers might know.. upgraded leopard tiger , boinc running seti@home no longer runs seti process "nice". watch in activity monitor , used run process on 1 core (per request) @ 100%, , "nice" process - out of way other programs.

i'm hearing leopard no longer supports or displays nice %. guys know if apple working on?
 

sadly, leopard in mid-life cycle, issue of "niceness" on boinc still plaguing many of crunchers. @ 10.5.6, there still hasn't fix in sight apple.

i'm 1 of still stuck in tiger. :(:( hope addressed in snow leopard.

need help with itunes 7.7
